Invest In Yourself

Triad Athletes believes athletes join our program to invest in themselves.  Like in life, when you invest in yourself first, it's much easier to give to others.  This same approach can be applied to team sports:  without investing and growing our individual skills, our team or club will not benefit. We believe when you are with your team, you are there as a team. When you are with Triad, you are there for you.  We are there to support your most important investment:  you.

When it comes to stepping into a Triad session; Motivation is entry level.  We are there to ELEVATE.  This program does not follow the typical footprint young female athletes were provided in the past.  This unique and individualized approach to training will focus on HOW to improve your skills, performance and team mentality.  The result is a more conditioned, elevated athlete, which benefits overall performance.  We don't want families to be afraid to be different.  When you read about the most insanely amazing professional athletes, they definitely didn't do the same as everyone else.  With that said, we don't want our girls to shoot for great on day one.  You need to master good first.  Triad is there to help with consistency, and subsequently, mastery.  

Finally, each time you attend a Triad session, you will be asked to choose your why, or what I like to say, "What's your win?"  What is winning to you?  What can you do at the session to get you closer to that W is important for our coaches to know.  We can tell you the what and the how, but we can't tell you the why.  My long term win is for the acceleration of women's sports in North County San Diego, specifically with women's lacrosse.  My short term win is to make Triad a strong member of this community of female athletes.  Using a winning vocabulary when you show up to Triad or with your team doesn't mean all you care about is winning, it's articulating what winning means to you. 

Invest in yourself.  Be different.  Consistency results in mastery.  What is your win.
