HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A SESSION?


When visiting our website, Click on the "Sign Up Now" button at the top.  This will route you to select which "pack" to purchase.  Once you have decided, select your "pack" by clicking on "Add to Cart"

 

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN EACH PACK?

Triad has offered discounts in the form of free swag and / or discounted sessions when you purchase more sessions in a pack.


HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION PACKS?

Triad Athletes accepts credit card through the Triad website - https://triadathletes.com/

 

WHAT IF I CAN'T USE A CREDIT CARD?

We prefer credit cards through the website, because our scheduling application is managed through our website.  If you are unable to use a credit card, please contact caryl@triadathletes.com and we will work on manually creating an account for you.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T SHOW UP FOR A SESSION?

Your Sessions have an expiration referenced in the below table and is also in the Terms & Conditions here.  If you are unable to make a Session that you have scheduled, please work with caryl@triadathletes.com to help with scheduling.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF RAIN?

We are lucky enough in San Diego where inclement weather is rare, but if the off chance, we are unable to hold a session due to weather, we will reschedule with each athlete appropriately.


CANNOT REGISTER: USL NUMBER WON'T VERIFY

If a US Lacrosse number won’t verify there are different error messages: “Your number is not valid because it expires before the end date of the program”, “Your zip code does not match the zip code in your US Lacrosse account”, or “Your number is not valid”.

1) If the number expires; go to www.uslacrosse.org and sign into your account. From there you will be able to renew your membership number.

2) If the zip codes don’t match; the zip code in your US Lacrosse account must match all zip codes in your Triad account. Meaning check every member’s address in your Triad account. You can do so by going back to your “Dashboard” then “My Family Account” and under “Actions” choose “edit.”

3) If your number is not valid; the number itself and your US Lacrosse details do not match with your Triad details. This means the names or addresses do not match.
